FiP had two main aims when they hired us to redevelop their website: to promote to the public the therapy services of its members, and to encourage potential members to apply for membership. We produced a modern, clean, user-friendly interface to project a professional-yet-welcoming image, enhanced through the selective use of javascript.
The website was created to current web standards, ensuring the site is both accessible to visitors with disabilities and 'search engine-friendly'. To make it easy for visitors to find their nearest therapist, we developed a searchable database of therapists, which the organisation can update via a secure area. Another password-protected area was provided to keep members informed about the organisation's events and to facilitate discussion.
